The committee will meet to hear invited and public testimony related to Interim Charge #4. Specifically, the committee will hear testimony on: the implementation of a Medicaid managed care model in South Texas; the transition of the Medicaid vendor drug program's prescription drug benefit to managed care and ways to increase transparency, accountability and efficiency in agencies that fall under the committee's oversight.
