The committee will meet to hear invited and public testimony on the following interim charge:
Monitor implementation of the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, including any changes that may result from ongoing litigation or legislative modification or repeal.
This will be a joint hearing with the Committee on Public Health.
