Issues specifically limited to: Texas Rice Lands v. Denbury Green Pipeline, and protecting property rights by ensuring that pipeline companies exercising eminent domain authority demonstrate a reasonable probability that they will transport "to or for the public for hire"; and La Salle Pipeline, LP v. Donnell Lands, LP.
