The Senate Committee on Government Organization will take up the following charges:

Charge 1 - Investigate the costs and benefits of cost-effectiveness analysis in state agency rule making and consider the development of cost-effectiveness standards for all state agencies.

Charge 2 - Examine ways to ensure the protection of state information and electronic data from unauthorized access and cyber threats.

The committee will hear invited and public testimony. Public testimony will be limited to 3 minutes. If submitting written testimony, please provide 16 copies with your name on each.
