The Senate Committee on Natural Resources Subcommittee on Interim Charge Number 6 will meet to discuss the inclusion of the dunes sagebrush lizard on the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service endangered species list and and the negative implications such action would have on the oil and gas industry.

Invited testimony will be heard.

Public testimony will be heard, and limited to 3 minutes.
