The Joint Interim Committee to Study Alzheimer's Disease will meet to consider the following charge:
Study the overall economic and systemic impact of Alzheimer's disease through 2017; create an inventory of public and private infrastructure and capacity for addressing the challenges of Alzheimer's disease; and identify funds and systems to support and expand ongoing statewide disease-specific strategic planning through the Texas Department of State Health Services and the activities of the Texas Alzheimer's Research Consortium.
Public testimony will be limited to 3 minutes. If submitting written testimony, please provide 20 copies with your name on each.
