The Windstorm Insurance Legislative Oversight Board will meet at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, November 1, 2012, in Capitol Extension Room E1.014, Austin, Texas. The Board will take invited and public testimony regarding windstorm insurance in this state, including testimony from the Texas Department of Insurance, the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association, the Texas Public Finance Authority, and the State Auditor's Office.
If you would like to testify, please limit oral remarks to 3 minutes. Written testimony of any length is welcome; please submit 15 copies, with your name on each copy, to the Committee Staff at the hearing, along with an electronic copy if possible.
