Amend Floor Amendment No. 1 to CSSB 5 (Senate committee printing) by adding the following appropriately numbered SECTION and renumbering the existing SECTIONs accordingly:

SECTION ____.  The provisions of this Act do not take effect unless the human sexuality instruction under Section 28.004, Education Code includes evidence-based instruction.
