Amend SJR 2 (house committee printing) on page 2 by striking lines 2 and 3 and substituting:
under this subsection:
(1) except as provided by Subdivision (2) of this subsection, may be used only for constructing, maintaining, and acquiring rights-of-way for public roadways; and
(2) may not be used for developing, constructing, maintaining, operating, or acquiring rights-of-way for toll roads.
