R E S O L U T I O N
|

|
|
WHEREAS, In recognition of her outstanding service to her |
|
|
fellow citizens, Lou Ann Raetz has been named the 2012 Civilian |
|
|
Employee of the Year by the McKinney Police Department; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This award is presented annually by the department's |
|
|
Meritorious Conduct Board to an employee who has excelled in such |
|
|
areas as job performance, expertise, and building a strong rapport |
|
|
with her colleagues and members of the public; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, |
|
|
where she earned a bachelor's degree in nursing, Ms. Raetz has |
|
|
worked for the McKinney Police Department since 2002, |
|
|
distinguishing herself as a police services assistant in the |
|
|
Criminal Investigation Division; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, In all her endeavors, Ms. Raetz enjoys the love and |
|
|
support of her husband, Curtis, and her children, Stephen, Kate, |
|
|
and Will; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The dedication and professionalism demonstrated by |
|
|
Lou Ann Raetz have furthered the vital work of the McKinney Police |
|
|
Department, and she may indeed reflect with pride on this |
|
|
prestigious recognition from her peers; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas |
|
|
Legislature, 2nd Called Session, hereby congratulate Lou Ann Raetz |
|
|
on being named 2012 Civilian Employee of the Year by the McKinney |
|
|
Police Department and extend to her sincere best wishes for |
|
|
continued success in her important work; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Raetz as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
