Amend HB 6 (house committee report) by adding the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS accordingly:

SECTION ____.  GLENDA DAWSON DONATE LIFE-TEXAS REGISTRY FUND. Sections 2 and 5 of this Act do not apply to the Glenda Dawson Donate Life-Texas Registry fund created outside the state treasury by SB 1815, or similar legislation of the 83rd Legislature, Regular Session, 2013, that becomes law.
