Amend HB 6 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 3, strike lines 12-13 and substitute the following:
Effective September 1, 2013, Section 403.095, Government Code, is amended by amending Subsections (b), (d), and (e) and adding Subsection (b-1) to read as follows:
(2) On page 3, line 14, strike "Notwithstanding" and substitute "Except as provided by Subsection (b-1), notwithstanding [Notwithstanding]".
(3) On page 3, between lines 21 and 22, insert the following:
(b-1) Dedicated revenue in Volunteer Fire Department Assistance Account No. 5064 that on August 31, 2015, is estimated to exceed the amount appropriated by the General Appropriations Act or other laws enacted by the 83rd Legislature is not available for general governmental purposes and is not considered available for the purpose of certification under Section 403.121.
