System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.
Amend HB 10 on page 7, between lines 7 and 8, by inserting the following:
(d) Using funds appropriated in Subsection (a) of this section, the Texas Education Agency shall immediately post on the agency's Internet website the question and answer keys to each assessment instrument administered under Section 39.023(a), (b), (c), (d), or (l), Education Code, except that the agency is not required to post any question or answer that is selected for inclusion in an assessment instrument to be administered to students in the spring of 2013.
