Amend HB 12 on third reading (second reading engrossment) as follows:

(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 659.0201, Government Code (page 1, line 9), strike "REPORTING SALARY SUPPLEMENT" and substitute "GIFTS, GRANTS, AND DONATIONS FOR SALARY SUPPLEMENT; REPORTING".

(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 659.0201, Government Code, strike added Subsection (c-2) (page 2, lines 11-18).
