System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.
Amend HB 16 on third reading as follows:
(1) On page 1, line 8, strike "AUDITS" and substitute "AUDIT PLAN AND ANNUAL REPORT".
(2) Strike "audit" and substitute "audit plan or annual report" in each of the following places it appears:
(A) page 2, line 8; and
(B) page 2, line 11.
