Amend CSHB 26 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 3, lines 10 and 11, between "family violence center" and "that", insert "or rape crisis center".

(2)  On page 5, lines 18 and 19, between "family violence center" and "that", insert "or rape crisis center".
