Amend HB 38 on third reading as follows:

(1) In Section 547.614(a-2), Transportation Code, (page 1, line 16), strike "or" and substitute "[or]".

(2) In Section 547.614(a-2), Transportation Code, (page 1, line 17), between "(4)" and "causes", insert the following:

knowingly or recklessly sells a motor vehicle in which an airbag is not installed without clearly disclosing that the vehicle does not have an airbag; or

(5)

(3) In Section 547.614(a-2)(4), Transportation Code, (page 1, line 18), strike "(1), (2), or (3)" and substitute "(1), (2), [or] (3), or (4)".

(4) In Section 547.614(a-2)(4), Transportation Code, (page 1, line 19), strike "(1), (2), or (3)" and substitute "(1), (2), [or] (3), or (4)".
