Amend CSHB 75 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, line 6, strike "Subdivisions (1) and (6-a)" and substitute "Subdivision (1)".

(2)  On page 2, line 9, strike ";or" and substitute ";and".

(3)  On page 3, strike lines 3 through 15.
