Amend HB 127 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 2, line 2, strike "electioneering will be prohibited" and insert "the owner intends to impose reasonable restrictions concerning the time, place, and manner of electioneering".

(2)  On page 2, line 24, strike "prohibited" and insert "restricted".

(3)  On page 2, line 25, between "premises" and the period, insert ", and the electioneering violates the restrictions".

(4)  On page 3, line 17, strike "prohibited" and insert "reasonably restricted concerning its time, place, and manner".

(5)  On page 3, line 18, between "premises" and the period, insert ", and the electioneering violates the restrictions".
