Amend CSHB 148 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 2, lines 13 and 14, between "and" and "that assistance", insert "the person was not provided compensation for that act or".

(2)  On page 4, lines 13 and 14, between "and" and "that assistance", insert "the person was not provided compensation for that act or".
