Amend CSHB 148 as follows:

(1)  On page 2, lines 13-15, strike "and that assistance was provided in the course of the person's normal duties as caretaker of the voter".

(2)  On page 4, lines 13-15, strike "and that assistance was provided in the course of the person's normal duties as caretaker of the voter".
