Amend CSHB 148 as follows:

(1)  On page 1, line 6, between "(b-1)" and "and (f)", insert ", (c-1),".

(2)  On page 1, between lines 19 and 20, insert the following:

(c-1) A person commits an offense if the person intimidates a voter by trying to influence the voter to vote, not vote, or vote in a certain manner.
