Amend CSHB 148 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 2, lines 10 and 11, strike "affirmative defense to prosecution for an offense under" and substitute "exception to the application of".

(2)  On page 4, lines 10 and 11, strike "affirmative defense to prosecution for an offense under" and substitute "exception to the application of".
