Amend HB 397 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 1, strike lines 11-18 and substitute:
(1) "Accepting municipality" means a Type A general-law municipality with a population of more than 6,000 and less than 7,500 located in the same county in which a releasing municipality is primarily located.
(2) "Releasing municipality" means a home-rule municipality with a population of more than 1.3 million and less than 1.5 million.
(2) On page 2, line 14, strike "without consent".
(3) On page 3, between lines 16 and 17 insert:
(j) This section expires December 31, 2019.
