Amend HB 468 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 1, line 8, between "jobs" and "actually", insert ", broken down according to the industry sectors described by Section 490.003(b),".
(2) On page 1, line 11, between "jobs" and "actually", insert ", broken down according to the industry sectors described by Section 490.003(b),".
(3) On page 1, line 13, strike "and" and substitute "[and]".
(4) On page 1, line 24, between "subchapter" and the period, insert the following:
; and
(4) the total number of jobs created by each project receiving funds under this chapter, expressed:
(A) in increments of 10 jobs created by the project; or
(B) a number that is within 5 percent over or under the total number of jobs created by the project
