Amend CSHB 500 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 5, line 24, strike "that is a physician practice".
(2) On page 6, line 20, strike "amending Subdivision (4-a) and adding Subdivisions (4-b) and" and substitute "adding Subdivision".
(3) Strike page 6, line 22, through page 7, line 4.
