Amend CSHB 595 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, line 4, strike "86,".

(2)  On page 1, between lines 5 and 6, insert the following:

(b)  Subchapters A and C, Chapter 86, Health and Safety Code, are repealed.

(c)  Sections 86.011 and 86.012, Health and Safety Code, are repealed.

(3)  On page 1, line 6, strike "(b)" and substitute "(d)".
