Amend CSHB 642 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, line 6, strike "(e), (f), and (g)" and substitute "(e), and (f)".

(2)  On page 3, strike lines 12-14.

(3)  Strike SECTION 4 (page 3, line 24 through page 4, line 2).

(4)  Renumber SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
