(1)  On page 1, strike lines 6-7, and substitute "amended by adding Subsections (l) and (m) to read as".

(2)  Strike page 1, line 9 through page 6, line 20.

(3)  Strike page 6, line 27 through page 8, line 6.

(4)  Strike page 9, line 8 through page 12, line 12 and substitute the following appropriately numbered SECTION:

SECTION ____.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2013.

(5)  Renumber SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
