Amend Amendment No. 5 to CSHB 800 by Walle by striking the text of the amendment and substituting the following:

Amend CSHB 800 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 3, lines 19-20, strike "employment in research and development in this state;" and substitute the following:

(ii)  as a number that is within five percent over or under the total number of jobs created by the project;"

(2)  On page 3, line 23, strike "may" and substitute "shall".
