(1) On page 4, between lines 4 and 5, insert the following:
(f) This section expires December 31, 2026.
(2) On page 11, between lines 10 and 11, insert the following:
Sec. 171.664. EXPIRATION. (a) This subchapter expires December 31, 2026.
(b) The expiration of this subchapter does not affect the carryforward of a credit under Section 171.659 or a credit authorized under this subchapter established before the date this subchapter expires.
