Amend CSHB 824 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 1, line 6, strike "Subsection (b-1)" and substitute "Subsections (b-1) and (b-2)".
(2) On page 2, between lines 1 and 2, insert the following:
(b-2) The individual shall report sanitary sewer overflows described by Subsection (b-1) on a monthly basis to the commission. The report shall include the information required for a notice under Subsection (b), and must be made in a manner determined by commission rule.
