Amend CSHB 1025 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) In SECTION 20 of the bill (page 8, line 2), strike "$161,065,711" and substitute "$101,065,711".
(2) In SECTION 20 of the bill, (page 8, at the end of line 6), insert the following:
In addition to amounts previously appropriated for the state fiscal biennium ending August 31, 2013, the amount of $60,000,000 is appropriated to general revenue account number 5064, Volunteer Fire Department Assistance, for the state fiscal year ending August 31, 2013, for the purpose of assisting volunteer fire departments. The total appropriation under this section is $161,065,711.
