The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend Floor Amendment No. 13 by Phillips on page 1 of the amendment at the end of line 8 by striking "that" and substituting:
:
(1) the construction of which begins on or after September 1, 2013; and
(2) that
