The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend HB 1600 (house committee report) on page 2 by inserting the following after line 27:
(c) The commission may not issue a cease and desist order to a retail customer under Subsection (a)(2)(A).
