Amend HB 1642 on third reading as follows:
(1) In SECTION 5 of the bill, in added Section 5007.204(f), Special District Local Laws Code, strike each instance of "30th" and substitute for each "45th".
(2) In SECTION 5 of the bill in added Section 5007.204(g), Special District Local Laws Code, strike "after the 60th" and substitute "before the 90th".
