Amend HB 1908 (house committee printing) on page 3, line 19, following the period, by inserting the following:
The following are not included in calculating the combined tax rate under this subsection:
(1) an assessment for an improvement project described by Section 372.0035;
(2) an assessment authorized by Chapter 375; or
(3) a fee collected by a hotel to recover the cost of an assessment described by Subdivision (1) or (2).
