Amend HB 2197 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 4, lines 12-13, strike "Sections 467.021(a) and (b), Government Code, are" and substitute "Section 467.021(a), Government Code, is".

(2)  On page 4, strike lines 16-21.
