(1) On page 1, strike line 23 and substitute "(c) Before a vehicle may be towed under Subsection".
(2) On page 1, line 24, strike "the peace officer" and substitute "a peace officer, an appropriate local government employee, or an investigator employed by the department".
(3) On page 2, line 11, strike "will" and substitute "may".
