Amend HB 2753 on third reading as follows:
(1) In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 62.165(a), Education Code, strike "total points awarded under Subsection (b)" and substitute "total points awarded under this section".
(2) In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 62.165, Education Code, immediately following added Subsection (c), insert the following:
(d) In addition to the points an eligible institution is awarded under Subsection (b), the institution is awarded one additional point for each 20 percentage points in growth from the first year to the second year of the preceding fiscal biennium in any of the categories listed under Subsection (b), not to exceed a total of five additional points for any category.
