Amend HB 2912 (house engrossment) as follows:

(1)  Strike SECTION 11 of the bill.

(2)  On page 46, lines 10 and 11, strike "201.001(f) and (g),".

(3)  On page 46, line 13, strike "201.001(i) and (j),".

(4)  Renumber SECTIONS of the bill appropriately.
