Amend HB 3005, on third reading, by inserting the following on page 1, line 15, immediately following the underlined period:
The commission shall provide to the legislative standing committees with primary jurisdiction over the commission any evaluation reports required by the United States Department of Labor for a reemployment demonstration project.
