Amend HB 3361 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 5, line 8, strike "or".
(2) On page 5, line 11, between "municipality" and the semicolon, insert the following:
; or
(iii) the board of trustees of a school district whose boundaries contain the proposed development site
