System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.
Amend HR 3 (the housekeeping resolution), on page 23, between lines 3 and 4 by inserting the following:
(e) A member who is the chair of a committee may not transfer and have credited to that member's operating account any portion of the unexpended balance of the committee's operating account.
