System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.
Amend HR 4, in Rule 11 (on page 165), by adding Subsection (i)(3) as follows:
Subsection (i)(3). Members of the public using the system available on the Internet may view any amendment required to be provided to the chief clerk under Rule 11, Section 6(e), (g) and (h) at least 10 hours prior to the time the calendar on which the bill or resolution to be amended is eligible for consideration.
