System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.
Amend HR 4 (adopting the house rules) as follows:
(1) In Rule 1, Section 9, add a new appropriately designated subsection to read as follows:
( ) A point of order raised as to a violation of a section of the rules governing committee reports, committee minutes, or accompanying documentation may be overruled if the purpose of that section of the rules has been substantially fulfilled and the violation does not deceive or mislead.
(2) In Rule 4, Section 32, strike Subsection (f).
