Amend Floor Amendment No. 31 (Simpson), on page 1, strike lines 3 and 4, and substitute the following:

(1)  In Rule 13, Section 6(b) (page 177, line 13) between "one hour" and "before" insert ", or 12 hours for a report on a bill or joint resolution for which permission was granted by a resolution under Section 9(f) of this rule,".
