Amend HR 4 in Rule 4, Section 4 (on page 53) by adding the following appropriately numbered SUBSECTION and renumbering the subsequent SUBSECTIONS appropriately:

Subsection ____. A member serving as chair of any other standing substantive committee may not serve on the Committee on Calendars.
