Amend CSSB 1, in Article I of the bill, by inserting the following appropriately numbered rider following the appropriations to the Office of the Attorney General (page I-11):
____. Report on Litigation Against Federal Government. Not later than March 1 and August 31 of each year of the 2014-2015 biennium, the Office of the Attorney General shall report to the legislature all expenditures of money by the office during the preceding six months relating to litigation brought by the attorney general against the federal government or an agency of the federal government.
