Amend CSSB 1 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  In Article VII, page VII-8, Strategy A.1.8 (Mass Media Advertising Contract(s)), will allocate twenty percent of money appropriated under Strategy A.1.8 to be used solely for Historically Utilized Businesses to the extent authorized by general law in FY 2014 and FY 2015.
